A publicly accessible space is being created on the 30th floor of the Claraturm where you will soon be able to enjoy the unique panoramic view in person, not just through your computer. You're in for a treat!

The Claraturm is located at the heart of the lively, attractive Kleinbasel, right next to Messe Basel. In this young and urban district, you will discover numerous restaurants from different cultures, local businesses and a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities. The nearby old town of Basel offers a unique sense of big-city romanticism and culture of indulgence, as well as a varied array of entertainment.

Perfectly developed and internationally connected: the “Basel Messeplatz” tram station is right on our doorstep and operates a variety of tram lines that can take you in all directions quickly and easily. Thanks to its location in the border area, you can also reach Germany and France in no time and the EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg is only half an hour’s drive away if you’re looking to go further afield. This makes the Claraturm the perfect place to live for globetrotters, cosmopolitans and business travellers alike. The nearby motorway access road optimises mobility for private transport too.

Appointments to view the show flat take place on a regular basis. New dates and times are always being added. If no dates are being shown, this means that they are all fully booked. We ask for your patience and understanding with this.

Please note that we require the names of everyone taking part in the visit. Anyone not registered beforehand will not be permitted onto the building site.

• Select your favourite rental property in the apartment finder. Click on the apartment details – from here you will automatically be directed to the application tool.
• Click on “Apply” in the detail view of your preferred rental property.
• You will now be guided through the application process step by step.
• Please remember to specify several apartment numbers in case one of your favourites has already been reserved. Write down the property numbers of your favourites or save them as PDF files.
• All applicants must ensure that they have an up-to-date (no older than two months) extract from the Debt Enforcement Register to hand, going back at least two years.
• Also prepare further documents, if necessary SCHUFA information (Germany), passport or ID (also for Swiss citizens), residence permit.
• The details of the applicant's employer (or pension certificate and proof of assets) and current landlord (including contact and telephone number) are also requested. This information will of course be treated as confidential and is provided on a voluntary basis. Please note, however, that complete applications will be given priority in the review process and will be considered for binding reservations.
